Strategic materials encompass weapons of mass destruction, conventional weapons, their transportation systems, as well as items, software, and technologies that can be utilized for their development and production.

The scope of strategic materials spans across various industries, including materials, machinery, electronics, computers, telecommunications, sensors, marine, and aviation. In accordance with South Korean law, there is a policy in place to regulate these strategic goods, and their export is subject to government approval.

To be more specific, among the strategic items handled by Dental Plus are 5-axis machines such as X5 II, BXL5, and BX5. Purchasing these machines requires an export permit.

Consequently, to obtain an export permit for strategic materials, certain documents are necessary, including an exporter's pledge, an End-User Statement(EUS), a Statement by Ultimate Consignee and Purchaser(SUCP), and an English-language Business License, Import License, Tax Payment Certificate and Business Card. Dental Plus sales representatives will kindly assist you throughout the procedures in a friendly and thorough manner from the very beginning.

Acquiring approval from Strategic Materials may exhibit slight variations across different countries, thereby introducing complexities into the process. Given that each project may entail unique demands from government authorities, it is essential for dealers to diligently collaborate in order to streamline the approval procedure.

The estimated processing time for obtaining an export permit for strategic materials is approximately 15 days, calculated from the date of document submission. Please note that the shipment of all 5-axis products is subject to strategic material authorization by the Korean government.
